电子邮件客户端

与 POP3 和 SMTP 兼容的大多数标准电子邮件客户端均支持对电子邮件进行病毒扫描。

查找日志文件以排除安装和卸载问题

如果 Norton 360 安装失败,建议您保存在 Norton 360 安装过程中生成的 Norton 360 (日期/时间).log 文件。这将有助于 Symantec 支持小组更快地解决问题。卸载 Norton 360 后,应有两个 Norton 360 (日期/时间).log 文件。安装日志文件的日期和时间应该较早,并且其 KB 数应该较小。卸载日志的日期和时间应该较晚,并且其 KB 数较大。

 

查找日志文件

1.      在 Windows 任务栏上,单击“开始”>“运行”

2.      在“运行”对话框中,执行下列操作之一:

·        在 Windows Vista/Win7 中,键入以下命令:

安装 Norton Add-on Pack

Norton Add-on Pack 与 Norton 360 一起使用以提供更多安全功能。要安装 Norton Add-On Pack,请按照下列步骤操作:

1.      在 Norton 360 主窗口的顶部,单击“设置”链接。

2.      在“设置”窗口的“详细设置”下,单击“父母和隐私控制”链接。

3.      在浏览器中打开“Norton Internet Security 和 Norton 360 的父母控制”页面。

4.   下载 Norton Add-On Pack。

 

Norton 360 电子邮件防护支持的端口

对于传入电子邮件,Norton 360 只支持在默认端口 110 (POP3) 上进行电子邮件扫描。对于传出电子邮件扫描,该端口为 25 (SMTP)。目前,我们不对任何其他端口提供电子邮件防护。

在 Outlook Express 6.x 和 Office XP 中对电子邮件进行数字签名

Outlook Express 6.x 允许您对电子邮件进行数字签名,以确保电子邮件在传送过程中不被修改。Norton 360 电子邮件防护功能在病毒修复过程中会修改电子邮件。该过程会创建一则 Outlook 警报,指出邮件已被修改。

还原 Windows Vista 64 位版本上的网络连接

如果网络存在问题,则 Norton 360 将无法自动还原 Windows Vista 64 位版本上的网络连接。

还原网络设备连接

1.      在 Windows 任务栏上,单击“开始”>“控制面板”。
如果“控制面板”尚未处于“经典视图”模式,请单击左侧的“经典视图”链接。

2.      在“控制面板”窗口中,双击“系统”图标。

3.      在“系统属性”对话框的左侧任务列表中,单击“设备管理器”链接。

4.      如果出现用户帐户控制提示,请单击“继续”。

5.      在“系统属性”列表的“网络适配器”下,右键单击带有红色 X 的每个项目,然后单击“启用”。

防火墙规则

在启用了双字节字符集的系统上,“防火墙常规设置”和“防火墙程序规则”编辑窗口有时无法显示键入的字符。

建议的解决方法是暂时更改默认语言。

对目录符号链接使用 Norton 360

在 Windows XP 上使用目录符号链接(也称为 NTFS 连接)可能会由于重复扫描而增加硬盘扫描的次数。

Norton 360 备份 - 支持的介质和兼容性

Norton 360 备份使用以下常用容量来估计备份所需的 CD 或 DVD 数量:

  • CD
    700 MB
    (80 分钟)
    650 MB
    (74 分钟)
  • DVD
    4.37 GB
    (单层,+/-R)
    7.96 GB
    (双层,+/-R)

Symantec 支持连接问题
