설치 및 제거 관련 문제 해결을 위해 로그 파일 위치 검색
Norton 360이 설치되지 않으면 Norton 360을 설치하는 동안 생성되는 Norton 360(Date/Time).log 파일을 저장할 것을 권장합니다. 이 파일은 시만텍 지원 팀에서 문제를 신속히 해결하기 위해 필요합니다. Norton 360을 제거한 후 Norton 360(Date/Time).log 파일 두 개를 찾아야 합니다. 설치 로그 파일은 생성된 날짜와 시간이 더 이전이고 크기(KB)가 작습니다. 제거 로그 파일은 생성된 날짜와 시간이 더 이후이고 크기(KB)가 큽니다.
