W systemach z włączoną obsługą zestawu znaków dwubajtowych wpisywane znaki mogą czasami nie pojawiać się w oknach edycji ustawień ogólnych zapory i reguł programów zapory.
W celu rozwiązania problemu można tymczasowo zmienić język domyślny.
Używanie programu Norton 360 z łączami symbolicznymi do katalogu
Używanie łączy symbolicznych do katalogów (zwanych także łączami NTFS) może wydłużyć czas skanowania dysków twardych na komputerach z systemem Windows XP wskutek powtarzania skanowania.
Kopia zapasowa w programie Norton 360 – obsługiwane nośniki i zgodność
Funkcja Kopia zapasowa w programie Norton 360 szacuje liczbę dysków CD lub DVD wymaganych do utworzenia kopii zapasowych na podstawie następujących typowych pojemności:
- CD
700 MB (80 minut)
650 MB (74 minuty)
- DVD
4,37 GB (jednowarstwowy, +/-R)
7,96 GB (dwuwarstwowy, +/-R)
Obliczenia związane z kopią zapasową dotyczą dysków CD o pojemności 700 MB i dysków DVD o pojemności 4,37 GB. Po włożeniu dysku o innej pojemności wymagana szacowana liczba wymaganych dysków zostanie obliczona ponownie.

Wyłączanie dysków w formacie Sonic DLA
Dyski w formacie Sonic DLA nie są obsługiwane przez funkcję Kopia zapasowa programu Norton 360. Zalecane jest wyłączenie tych dysków w celu zapobieżenia błędom kopii zapasowej spowodowanym przez niepowodzenie próby dostępu programu Norton 360 do dysków w formacie Sonic DLA
Aby wyłączyć dyski w formacie Sonic DLA:
